Important reminders

7- Distorting and tearing the answer sheet, failure to submit the answer sheet at the appointed time and delay in the submission of exam documents are considered to be examples of violation and fraud, and the violator applicants will be dealt with according to the law on dealing with violations and crimes in national exams.
8- It is mandatory to observe Islamic clothing in the area of holding the exam.
9- Cooperate with the person in charge for the physical inspection and photo matching.
10- The area of the exam is not allowed to take any additional items such as mobile phones, calculators, handbags, handbags, books, pamphlets, etc., so it is strongly recommended to refrain from carrying other items, apart from the things announced in the announcement of the printed card and the guide sheet for participating in the exam and identification documents.

The law on dealing with violations and crimes in national exams
Article 5- Violations and crimes in this law include the following:
A- Committing any act that causes disorder in the conduct of the exam or carrying any unauthorized device such as electronic communication devices and memory devices.
B- Committing any act against the regulations that impairs the applicant’s test from a scientific point of view, such as:
1- Presenting a fake certificate or certificate or an image of a fake certificate to participate in the exam.
2- Collusion with applicants or people outside the exam field or those involved in the exam such as executive agents and question designers for exam violations.
3- Registering in the exam with a fake identity or participating in the exam session instead of the original applicant.
C- Using any unauthorized devices such as electronic communication devices and memory devices.
D. Helping the applicant to answer the questions outside the criteria of holding the exam.
E- Unauthorized access to information related to applicants or their unauthorized use.
f- Any unauthorized change of questions, papers and answer sheets of applicants or other documents and books related to the exam.
G- Revealing exam questions or trying to obtain and reveal them or participating or assisting in this matter before or during the exam in any way.
H- Buying or selling exam questions or their answers or participation or deputy in this matter before or during the exam, regardless of whether the questions or their answers are real or not.
Article 6- Violation investigation boards have the authority to issue the following punishments to violators:
A- In the case of those subject to clause (a) of article (5): a written warning by entering in the applicant’s file and announcing to the relevant authorities or exclusion from the selection in the same year’s exam.
B- In the case of those subject to Clause (b) or Clause (c) of Article (5): Exclusion from academic selection in the exam of the same year and cancellation of the applicant’s acceptance in the same year and exclusion from participating in the exam from one to ten years later.
Note- The decisions of the first-instance boards, except in the case of those covered by clause (a) of article (6) of this law, can be appealed to the review board for handling violations in exams.
Article 7- In the case of those subject to clauses (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h) of Article (5), the investigative committees will refer the accused to the courts of justice for consideration and imposition of a fine from 10 million Rials to one billion Rials or imprisonment from one to five years or both.
Article 8- Committing any of the acts referred to in Article (5), if it is in the form of membership in a group or network, will increase the punishment and the founder and leader of the group or network will be sentenced to the maximum punishment. The punishment for each member who is not involved in committing the above violations and crimes is the minimum punishment mentioned for the perpetrator.
Article 9- Proceedings in examination commissions do not preclude proceedings in accordance with other penal laws or proceedings in administrative commissions or disciplinary committees of faculty members or student disciplinary committees, and the perpetrator shall be sentenced to the punishment prescribed in other laws and regulations in addition to the punishment specified in articles (6) and (7) of this law.
Article 10- In case a person is definitively sentenced to one of the punishments listed in this law, with the exception of the punishment listed in paragraph (a) of article (6), the examination board will revoke his acceptance of the exam. In this case, the relevant educational institution will refuse to issue and award any certificate or degree to him, and if he has been given a graduation certificate, the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education or the Ministry of Education or the Islamic Azad University are required to revoke that certificate.
Article 11- If, through technical and scientific investigations, there are obvious and fundamental non-conventional discrepancies between the applicant’s grades and acquired rank and his educational records, such as the mismatch of the average of the diploma and pre-university course with the rank and acquired grade in the exam, with the approval of the primary boards for dealing with violations in the exams, the applicant will be re-examined in one or more general and specific courses. Determining the final status of this applicant’s exam, based on the results of the re-examination, is the responsibility of the primary board.
Article 12- Any scientific and educational institution or school that works to increase the preparation of applicants to participate in the exams discussed in this law, if it is involved in the violations of Article (5), its establishment license will be revoked and their responsible managers, in addition to being permanently banned from establishing and managing such centers, will be sentenced to the penalties provided for in this law and other laws, and if the institute or school does not have a license, the punishment for their responsible managers will be the maximum penalty specified in Article (6). is
Note- In addition to the actions of the relevant legal authorities, in the case of schools that do not have a license; Damadul Uloom can also take action to declare the crime and follow up on their violations.
